This letter refers to project completed at W.A.P.A. (Water and Power Authority) fuel dock in Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, USVI, in December, 2000 in which PILECAP, Inc. installed twenty-nine 12-inch diameter structural steel pile repair jackets.
PILECAP's field representatives and crew preformed in a concise, timely and professional manner throughout the duration of the project.
PILECAP structural repair jackets exceeded the requirements set forth by the project engineers.
Over the past eleven years, numerous visual and diving inspections have taken place to determine the long term integrity of the repairs. Every inspection revealed the structural steel jackets, have remained in "like new" condition. To date, there has been no need for remedial repairs, nor are any anticipated. The dock facility has remained in constant operation since the repairs have been made.

PileCap Incorporated, Kansas City, Kansas, performed underwater inspection and repair services during 1999 and 2000 at this facility’s 1,500 food long Liquid Cargo Pier which projects into the Cape Fear River. Their patented method of pile restoration was a perfect application for the pier’s HP 14x73 piles which were severely corroded at the mud line.
PileCap personnel carried out the responsibilities of their tasks very capably and thoroughly and exhibited a keen awareness in safety and efficiency in all of their work related endeavors.

Pilecap, Incorporated completed an underwater piling repair project for Blue Circle Cements warf pile structure at the Ravena Plant. This piling structure supports and provides for the annual shipment of approximately 80% of our annual production distribution from this location in upstate New York.
